“It’s not just about thinking outside of the box, it’s about what you can do with the box itself.
Just Another Agency presents Outside the Box, an exhibition featuring 100 Australian based artists, over the month of October at No Vacancy Gallery.
This exhibition is unlike any other, all artists are placed on a level playing field, no matter their status, experience, style, or technique. Each creative will have exactly 8 hours to create their work within the confinements of the gallery, utilising only the materials provided to them.
Outside the Box is a showcase of Australia’s diverse raw talent and a visceral exercise in creativity. It’s all about thinking outside the box.
EXHIBITION OPENING October 28th 6-9pm EXHIBITION DATES October 3rd – 27th 2016 – 4 artists in the space per day.
RULES:
You can only use the materials provided to you. No other materials are allowed in the space.
You have to physically be in the gallery space for the duration of the creating your artwork.
Each artist can have no longer than 8 hours to create their work.10-6pm daily.
